I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be showing my "In Flux" series in a solo exhibition this June. The show is at Wolverhampton Art Gallery and runs from Saturday 6th June - Saturday 4th July 2009. Please visit their site for further details;

Private View/Gallery Opening

On 17th December 2008, the new Cafe Gallery was opened in Stirchley by Councillor Nigel Dawkins. I'm pleased to be the first local artist to have their work hung there. Many thanks to Gary, Keith and everyone at the Stirchley Community Church for all rtheir hard work and for making such an effort for this event.

The evening was a great success, with around 50 people turning up on a freezing Wednesday evening. Thanks to everyone who turned out. There are six images on semi-permanent display. I'll be updating the work with new images of Stirchley later in the year.

I'm currently working on something new and very different from my previous work. I'll be updating my Blog page soon with new images, so keep posted.

"Streets of Stirchley" Work Exhibited

Images from the "Streets of Stirchley" project will be on display at the Stirchley Community Church from next week. They will be shown in the newly-refurbished cafe, which will be officially opened on Wednesday 17th December 2008.
The church have kindly offered me a semi-permanent exhibition which will updated at regular intervals. I would like to take this oportunity to thank them for supporting and promoting local artists, in particular pastor Gary Cadge.

There will be six images on display. There will also be work available to view in my portfolio. All work is available to buy, framed or unframed.

Some new images from the series. I've been working hard recently and will be presenting an exhibition of the series in May 2009 at Light House, Wolverhampton. I'm also putting a new book together on the series, which will reflect the project in a more representational way - a fuller picture of the series which will more truly reflect my ideas and intentions behind the work.
